What we did
Website
Entyce created a full navigational structure for the Homes website, paying particular attention to the search facility and the journey taken to find the viewer's development and property of interest.
The Homes site offers all the functionality to search for properties by relevant criteria such as price, size or location. It also offers a map search function for users who prefer a location-based search.
The website is also mobile responsive, meaning it can accessed through a wide range of browsers and displays on all devices, including mobiles and tablets.
We created a user-friendly content management system and provided training for staff at Watkin Jones, enabling them to update the site in-house as and when required.
Within the first couple of months of launching, the new site was already receiving over 15,000 visitors a month. Since then, visitor numbers have continued to grow at a rapid rate.
Digital marketing
We produced a property showcase brochure for Watkin Jones, using our in-house design and copywriting knowledge to create an informative, interesting and user-friendly brochure for Watkin Jones’ representatives to use as a resource for potential residents.
Content
In terms of content, we predominantly produced photography for Watkin Jones. This ranged from headshots of each member of the team, to on-location shots of Watkin Jones’ property developments and residences. These high-quality images have subsequently been used both in print and on the website.
