To help raise awareness of its ‘Share a Coke’ campaign, Coca-cola have created a virtual assistant called Isabelle as part of its digital-shopper marketing drive to engage with retailers.
Isabelle will be used to update retailers in London depots on Coca-Cola’s summer plans for the campaign. Isabelle will let retailers know how successful the campaign is and how they can maximise customers interests in their stores.
