Yesterday, digital leaders from around the globe, all joined forces at The Stationers’ Hall in central London to enjoy a Winter Banquet, hosted by the Global Network of Digital Leaders, Digital Doughnut.
I was delighted to be invited up to the capital and mingle with the industry’s finest. The event brought together senior marketing and business leaders, from Brand, Agency and Supply side.
The St Paul’s venue didn’t disappoint and provided the stunning backdrop to the gathering, copious amounts of fizz and wine, and a three-course 5 star menu!
The event was superbly organised, with seat hopping between courses, giving everyone the opportunity to meet as many people as possible in one afternoon. We made some great connections in the digital world, from app building specialists to social media advertising software developers. There were also plenty of representatives for Brand side, with which I enjoyed many interesting discussions about the latest and forthcoming trends in digital. Coca-Cola, BBC, IBM, Sky, Coutts, NCP and BNP Paribas were all present and great to chat with! See you next year!
