Rebecca set out to complete 2.6km of walking on her local beach on the Wirral with some stunning views. Well done Bec!

Carys took on the challenge with a 2.6-minute wall squat, she defiantly could feel the burn! Well done Carys.

And finally Mike got out into his garden to complete 26 minutes of gardening perfect for this lovely weather. Well done Mike.
