Meet Rachel, the newest member of the Entyce team

We’re thrilled to introduce Rachel, our latest recruit. Rachel is joining us as an Account Manager and her new role will strengthen and support the existing account management team. The last year has seen the business grow significantly, we expanded and our office and studio space and we’ve been busier than ever with exciting projects for clients old and new.

We understand that our success in retaining so many long-term clients over the years is down to a combination of fresh, creative ideas and excellent customer service and communication. The role our account managers play is vital to ensuring we fully understand our clients, their business and their goals. It is also essential to making sure projects are well managed and work is completed on schedule as well as keeping clients updated at every stage. All crucial elements of the process of servicing our clients and ensuring that we deliver the very best for them.

Rachel joins us from an award winning digital marketing agency and brings with here extensive experience of managing projects, marketing strategy and liaising with clients. Coming from a busy agency environment she is used to juggling workloads, working to tight deadlines and managing a variety of different clients at once. Her skills and experience will be put into practice in her new role at Entyce.

Rachel has already been busy meeting new clients and getting to know their brands she said,“I love working with clients, understanding their needs and building long-lasting relationships, so this will help me work to the high standards required at Entyce and continue to provide a quality service to clients. If you have happy clients that keep coming back, you know you’ve done your job right!”

Rachel added, “Even in the few days I have been here, I have been made to feel very welcome and a part of the team already. Everyone has also been very helpful to support me with getting settled into my new role. I knew of Entyce before I applied for the role, and admittingly did a lot of stalking of the website, so I felt I knew everyone already!”

From everyone at Entyce we’d all like to wish Rachel a very warm welcome and the very best of luck with your career with us.
