They are a lifeline for businesses that find themselves inundated with phone calls that they simply don’t have the time to answer. Moneypenny ensures that calls are answered and their client’s own customers get through to a friendly call handler and their message is passed on to the appropriate person.
We were approached by the team at Moneypenny after they had viewed our 2016 Christmas video, and were in the process of searching for a creative agency to work with for a number of video projects. The Moneypenny team chose to work with the Entyce team not only for the style of videography that we produce but also the customer focused way in which we work.
Our ongoing video work with Moneypenny has seen us travel to numerous businesses that benefit from Moneypenny’s services. From a veterinary practice to a marketing agency, fire safety business to gin distillery, the videos we have produced have been filmed in a range of locations, but all focus on highlighting the impact the Moneypenny has had a on a business.
To produce the videos, we work alongside the Moneypenny marketing team to identify key questions that will be asked within each testimonial video, all of which aim to emphasise the great service they have received. Alongside interviewing clients, our videographers also film the business environment of Moneypenny’s clients, which presented its own challenges when working with animals in a veterinary practice. Undeterred our video experts have produced beautifully shot and engaging videos for Moneypenny that perfectly present the high-quality services.
