Carys is shortlisted for Young Person of the Year

Rebecca

Marketing Executive

We are very excited to announce that our very own social media executive, Carys Fieldhouse, has been named as one of just three finalists for ‘Young Person of the Year’ at this year’s West Cheshire and North Wales Chamber of Commerce Annual Ball and Recognition Awards.

Celebrating the ‘exceptional contribution of a young person to the success and growth of a business’, the Young Person of the Year award perfectly reflects the contribution that Carys has made to the Entyce Creative team.

Speaking of her nomination, Carys has said: “I’m thrilled to have been named a finalist for this award, having started here as an apprentice and achieved a full-time position within the company. It has been a pleasure to grow my skills over the past few years and helping to grow the social media presence for many clients.”

After completing her placement, Carys was looking for her first full-time and permanent position.  Our client base was growing and as soon as the opportunity arose, we had no hesitation in offering Carys a permanent role. She was appointed for the role of Social Media Executive. Her role has developed and she now has responsibility for overseeing the day to day management of all our clients’ social media presence across a range of different industries including finance, food production, hospitality and construction.

Client expectations are high in this area and social media platforms operate 24/7.  Although we work to manage client expectations on this and to protect the work life balance of our employees inevitably there are times when action is required outside of office hours. Carys manages this brilliantly and has been crucial in establishing a professional online presence for numerous clients.

The awards evening will take place on Friday 15th November at Chester Racecourse, where will be donning our glad rags for the Hollywood themed evening.

Congratulations Carys!
